1. Use of the website
You can use the website without registering or providing any personal information, except if you wish to download PDF files of the checklists or personal information record, or other features that would be noted. In that event, the download function is only available to subscribers of the free email newsletter. Any subscribers to the newsletter will be required to provide their email address.
2. Use of personally identifying information
"Personally identifying information" is information that can be explicitly used to identify an/or contact you as an individual. This includes information such as your email address, real name, mailing address, phone number, etc. Information that cannot be explicitly linked with your "real" identity is not considered personally identifying.
Any information that you provide us, including your email address, will not be made available to third parties without your explicit permission. The purpose of any information you provide us, is for our internal purposes, such as email newsletter transmission, seminar announcements, tracking, survey research data, etc. We may combine demographic information about you with similar information about other subscribers. Such aggregated, non-personal information could be shared with sponsors or other business partners. On occasion, we may ask you for personal information such as your name or address. We would do this when you register for promotions, surveys, contests or other services. In that event, you could decide whether you want to give us the information or not.
We do not offer, give or sell personal information given to us without user consent. If you link to another website from our site, we cannot be responsible for the use of any information that you may provide to them.
Occasionally, we may ask you, on a voluntary basis, for information so that we can track who visits our website so that we may continue to improve your online experience and benefit.
3. Removal of your email address from our system
If at any time you wish to remove your email address from our system, after you have provided it to us for newsletter or other purposes, it is any easy process to request us to remove your email address. You will see this option when you receive your newsletter.
